Key milestones
Kicking off her career at Deloitte, Clare was responsible for designing and building proprietary programs to perform financial leakage analysis.
Moving into the Strategy team, she focused on customer segmentation and analytics for business strategy to practise bigger picture thinking.
An interest in the measurement opportunities that digital marketing offered, saw her move into Deloitte Digital. Working in an agency model, she advised businesses through digital transformations, building expertise in digital insights and tool implementation (analytics tracking, tag management).
Clare enjoys learning and applying toolkits from other disciplines into her work. Taking a break from quantitative analysis saw her move to NYC for a 3 month Graphic Design bootcamp. In this highly practical course, students answer a range of briefs such as building out a brand identity and concept, then bringing this to life using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Appreciating that both quant and qual data is needed to provide the full picture, Clare’s next role was building out the newly formed Voice of Customer team in London. Analysing customer feedback for a vacation rentals booking platform, she synthesised feedback across the UK, France and Germany into key themes, working with Product Owners to improve the user experience.
More recently, Clare has been working in Performance Optimisation, supporting the loyalty program of Australia's largest supermarket chain. Working closely with world class data science teams, Marketers and Product Owners across the business, Clare is responsible for strategically driving member adoption and use of the loyalty rewards app. Her appreciation and collaboration with other teams has swiftly built her reputation as a subject matter expert and go-to for key insights and recommendations across both app and web.
